Application Consultant

The Application Consultant position has the responsibility for providing front line Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Microsoft Great Plains) project management, implementation, training, and ongoing technical support to our clients. Consultants work with our client base assessing client needs, configuring the Dynamics GP (formerly Mircosoft Great Plains) application to meet the client’s business process needs, transferring application knowledge to the client staff, and providing ongoing support as client needs change over time. It is imperative that our team members understand the importance of client service and enjoy learning new technical skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment are a must. Critical thinking and the ability to identify and correct the root cause of a problem are essential.

Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Microsoft Great Plains) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or the equivalent in education and experience.
