How can Crestwood help us get further educated on Dynamics?
Crestwood has a dedicated Client Education Manager whose focus is on making sure that customers are fully educated on all the features of their Microsoft Dynamics products and are up to date with the latest information to maximize their investment in their Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Dynamics CRM solutions.
This person is responsible for meeting with clients to evaluate their training needs and find out how the users want to learn. Most importantly, the goal of our Client Education Manager role is to ensure clients are maximizing the benefits they receive from utilizing the Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM solutions. In particular, we can provide the following services to meet their needs:
- Classroom Training: Some customers like to learn in a classroom environment away from distractions and be able to practice what they learn in a hands-on environment. We provide classroom training on topics such as Dynamics CRM, FRx, System Administration and key Dynamics GP modules such as Report Writer and SmartList Builder.
- Web Training: Others like to stay at their desks and tune in to a webinar that focuses on a specific topic that they need to learn about in greater detail. We provide web training for topics such as Scribe Insight, Integration Manager, SmartList and Bank Reconciliation.
- Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP Module or ISV Spotlight Webinar: Monthly we provide customers with a chance to get a closer look at the features of a Dynamics CRM or Dynamics GP module or an ISV product of interest to them. Some examples have been document imaging solutions, the Scribe integration tool, bar-coding solutions, Human Resources, and and the Professional Services Tools Library.
- User Group: We hold quarterly Dynamics GP User Group meetings to get users together to share their experiences and dive into requested topics for more learning. These have been in person and held at the local Microsoft office and via webinar for clients who can’t get away from the office.
- Blogs: Crestwood actively participates in a community ERP and a CRM blog where various partners across the country contribute knowledge to help customers and prospects learn more about the products. The ERP Software Blog (www.erpsoftwareblog.com) and CRM Software Blog (www.crmsoftwareblog.com) are syndicated through the Microsoft’s Dynamics Community website and are highlighted on the Microsoft CustomerSource website.
- Twitter: We have joined the social networking world with a Twitter (www.twitter.com) account. We post several tips each week of interest to our Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM customers and we encourage everyone to follow us on @crestwoodassoc.
- Microsoft CustomerSource: We want to ensure that our customers are using all the information available to them through the CustomerSource portal including:
- Insights: An email that updates you with the latest information directly from Microsoft that pertains to your specific technical or strategic needs
- eLearning: Hundreds of courses are available 24/7 online or downloadable to meet your specific training requirements
- Certification: Microsoft offers its customers the ability to be certified in Microsoft Dynamics products
