Equipment Management to manage the distribution, installation and maintenance of serialized equipment and assets and visibility to attachments or related assets as well as track depreciation, operational status and repair and maintenance history
- Project Management which utilizes SharePoint to create documents and manage projects from one central location.
To manage communications with remote work crews, WennSoft’s MobileTEC software solution enables field technicians –online or offline – to receive, modify and update schedules, enter time and expenses, create purchase orders, manage scheduled maintenance, and review back-office information via mobile devices including laptops and tablets.
Integration between Wennsoft and Dynamics GP invoicing helps ensure the complete capture of all billable services. Unique customer account settings allow complete control over automatically generated invoice type, format and frequency. All costs associated with jobs can be tracked and analyzed including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors. Expected costs can be compared to actual costs by percentage complete to help make sure projects are on track.
