What Training options are available from Crestwood?
Crestwood offers a variety of training options to fit your needs. The consultants who teach our classes are the same Microsoft certified consultants who work on-site with our clients every day. Each trainer is certified and has years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Crestwood’s training options include: customized one-on-one, customized team training, classroom training, or web training. When you choose your training, you know that your employees will gain a solid understanding of your Dynamics system while they learn from our experts.
On Site Training
This is the option that is usually the easiest and most convenient for customers. The material can be tailored the customer's specific application and requirements. This is often the best training environment during initial implementations to train several or more people at one time. Usually company data and transactions are available to reference on the conference room pilot. And much as we here at Crestwood consider training to be high priority, customers do have more flexibility to address situations that might arise requiring their attention.
Classroom Training
Crestwood provides classroom training in the Chicagoland area or at your office. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we have access to the Microsoft training facilities in Downers Grove or Chicago, Illinois. With classroom training, you will realize the full benefits of your Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM software applications by being able to use the products in a hands-on environment. Classroom training gives new users a solid foundation of knowledge that is needed to receive maximum benefits from your applications right away. You can also schedule experienced users to take a refresher course on the basics or select advanced topics for further learning.
Webinar Training
We offer two unique types of web training so our customers can enjoy the benefits of learning without having to spend time away from the office.
- Training on Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM Modules: Live webinars are held each month covering various modules and tools that can be used with Dynamics. After registering, you will receive the log in information to put on your calendar. Then, on the day of the webinar, you will log in and spend from 90 to 120 minutes of information-packed learning from your desk.
- Informational Product Webinar: Crestwood teams up with our third party vendors to present informative webinars. You will learn about new products that will increase your company efficiency and learn about products that are complementary to Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. We hold live webinars so you have the opportunity to ask questions of the product specialist right then. We also record the webinars so you can learn about the topic if you are unable to attend the live broadcast.
Microsoft Dynamics Online Training
Crestwood works with our customers to insure that they use all of the benefits of their Microsoft enhancement plan. One of the benefits is the online training called Microsoft eLearning. We assist you with creating a training plan that is appropriate for each user. We encourage new users of Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM to invest the time prior to going live to take online courses that are available from the Microsoft CustomerSource website. These will provide a good foundation for the basics of the product and prepare the users for end user training.
As your knowledge of Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM grows, you can continue your education by taking 200 and 300 level courses. Finally, users can concentrate on just one topic or explore as many of the topics that they can like.
